Whenever I think of Joan, the first thing that springs to mind is her beaming smile. Her eyes lit up and you couldn't help but be lifted. I have so many happy memories of her at family parties and I know she will be missed by many. Sending our love to you all and thinking of you at this difficult time, Toni & Ben x
